CABINS/HOUSES
All accommodation is to be left clean and tidy, dishes washed, rubbish emptied, fridge/freezer emptied. An additional cleaning charge may apply if cabins take longer than the allocated cleaning time.

PETS
Dogs are permitted on sites, must be on a leash at all times and never left unattended in the Park. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are NOT permitted with cabin/house bookings. Pets are NOT permitted inside any park owned buildings (amenities, camp kitchen, recreation room and office) or Pool area. Guests not adhering to the above may be asked to leave – no refund will be given.

BEHAVIOUR/NOISE
Noise must be kept to an acceptable level at all times. Quiet time is from 10 pm until 7 am, music is not permitted during this time. Any behaviour that is deemed offensive or abusive may result in you being asked to leave – no refunds given.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any park owned buildings, cabin, amenities block, laundry, camp kitchen, pool area or rec room.

VISITORS
All visitors entering the park must report to reception. All visitors to the park are requested to vacate prior to 10 pm quiet time.

FIRES
No fires are permitted during the Alpine Shire Fire Danger Period. NO FIRE IS TO BE LIT WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF PARK MANAGERS. A full list of our fire drum requirements can be obtained from the office.

VEHICLES
One car per site. Visitors and extra vehicles are required to be parked in the Visitors Car park. No riding of Motorbikes in the Park. ALL VEHICLES TO BE DRIVEN AT WALKING PACE.

BICYCLES
Bicycles are only permitted during daylight hours. BIKE HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES BY CHILDREN AND ADULTS. No bikes allowed in Park owned buildings.

POOL/PLAYGROUND
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an Adult at all times when using the Pool. No Glass, smoking or pets are allowed in the pool/playground areas. Only guests staying at Porepunkah Pines Holiday Park are permitted to use the pool. If you have visitors using the Pool management reserves the right to evict your visitor and you (our paying guest) from the Park.

JUMPING PILLOW/POOL
Opening hours: 9.00 am until dusk.

REFUNDS
Refunds will not be given for early departures.

SECURITY
CCTV cameras operate in this park. Please secure items overnight as occasionally items have gone missing.
