UnPaid Review for Porepunkah Pine HolidaysPorepunkah Pine Holidays is an excellent choice for a getaway near Bright. The services provided are top-notch, with neat and clean rooms that are both tidy and comfortable. The facilities are well-suited for cold temperatures, with hot water and all necessary amenities available. We visited during a snowfall, and the rooms and cabins were well-insulated, ensuring a warm and cozy stay without any issues.One thing to note is that service hours end at 5:30 PM, which might be inconvenient for some. Additionally, there’s no play area available in the late evening, and many of the machines in the game room were not functioning during our visit. These factors can be a bit disappointing, especially for families looking for activities after dark.Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive. The management is efficient, and the staff is very helpful, with Mark and the manager standing out for their excellent service. Porepunkah Pine Holidays is a wonderful place to stay, offering great accommodation and friendly service, with a few areas that could benefit from improvement.
Mark and Narelle are the care takers and they’re the best ever people we have come across. They’re the nicest people ever. Great place to be at with family.
A great little spot. Very quaint and peaceful. Good amenities and location. Given that it was winter and quiet, I am not sure why we got put next to another van when other spots were vacant. Especially next to smokers. That part was a little unpleasant.
This is an awesome caravan park on the river. We stayed on a riverview site and had heaps of open space for the kids to kick a footy and were able to have a fire at night. The kids had fun fishing in the river and you can walk into town and back along the river. The managers are extremely helpful and made our time there very enjoyable. I highly recommend this park.
We have been coming to this park ever Easter since our children were little. Now our children are coming with their children. The new managers, Narelle & Mark are very friendly and welcoming. They have already added their personal touch with an Easter egg hunt and games to get everyone involved. It was great to meet you guys ! We will definitely be back again next year.
We had a great stay over the labour day weekend, location was great. Our campsites were quite large, we could fit 4 king deluxe swags (one for our dogs who were allowed to stay in the park) a gazebo and lots of space to relax. facilities were neat and tidy, the pool was a massive hit for the whole family. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We will be back 🙂
Stayed with family in caravan near pool. Staff was the most friendly and helpful we have encountered on our around Australia trip. Pool also heated so unlike many other parks you can actually swim in this pool (March) and kids enjoyed hours in pool. Next to River with nice swimming holes. 10 minutes walk to Porenpunkah pub along river. Very nice walk. Toilets and showers are very clean and with proper showers. See some other reviews called them dated. Just show you can't please everybody.
